Parent & Me Swim Classes – Spring Sessions Now Open!

Create joyful memories in the water with your little one! Our 30 -minute Parent & Me Swim Classes are designed for babies and toddlers ages 6 months to 3 years (just under four year old - flexible), combining early swim skills with music, play, and bonding.

• Trinity Center (NE DC): Mondays at 5:00 PM and 5:30 starting may 5

• Turkey Thicket (NE DC) —- full Fridays at 5:00 PM

What You’ll Learn:

Each class builds confidence and connection in the water. Parents learn best strategies for holding baby in the waterthrough fun activities and songs, including:

• Bucket Water Dump (5 seconds of fun!)

• ring around the rosie we all go DOWN

• row row row your boat this is how i LEaaRN TO FLOAT

• Hummingbird Bubbles

• humor dumpty falls

• Starfish Floats & Swooshes

• Froggy Kicks & Jumps

• froggy glides

• London Bridges (on back and tummy!)

• Itsy Bitsy Spider Wall Crawls

• “Floor is Lava” Jumps

• tunnel traveling submersions

• Superman Swims & Optional Submersion

• Seated Dives (Humpty Dumpty Style)

Pricing:

• $270 for one parent + one baby (7 week session)

• Returning families: $250

• Trial class available: $45 (if you’re not ready to commit)

How to Register:

Text 240-888-4269 with the following:

• Your name

• Your baby’s name and age (in months)

• Your partner’s name (parents are interchangeable in class)

• your neighborhood you live in

• monday and friday time preferences including: monday 5 trinity, monday 5:30 trinity, friday 5 turkey thicket)

• preferred start date:

• families who enroll two kids get a $20 dollar discount

Yes – parents can switch! One week it’s mom, the next week it’s dad. You’re welcome to alternate.

Make-Ups & Flexibility:

• when you start parent and me swim lessons, you have 7 sessions that you have three months to take advantage of. (for example—- let’s say you start on may 12th with your first session. You paid $270 via zelle to go fish swim school. Now you have 12 weeks, -from may 12-july 12– to come to to come to 7 monday lessons) —after 7 sessions, you have 1 bonus session within the period of three months for free! Maybe you’re traveling a few of the weekends and grandma is in town. no problem—- come the mondays you can!

• Classes repeat every two months.
