Monday trinity—- 4 classes 4:30-6:30 (mommy and me class at 5pm - 5:30

5:30-6:00 —- similar to parent and me—-is designed to subtract the parent from the equation although parent may start in the water….

Wednesday Trinity—-5 classes 4:00-7:00

Go fish swim school swim team practice -6:15-7:00 Trinity Wednesdays

Friday turkey thicket —-4 classes 4:00-6:00 (mommy and me class at 5pm) (30 minutes)

Sunday classes southwest waterside fitness ——9 classes  12-4:00

—-Sundays, I am at waterside gym between 12:00 and 4:30pm. Waterside fitness gym - 901 6th street sw dc.

—-Mondays from 4:30-6:30 trinity pool

—-Wednesday  4:00- 7:00 Trinity pool every Wednesday

Schedule for home/private pools (your private pool)

Tuesday (1-6:30) Thursday(3:00-7:00) private pool requests start with at least 2 students

0-3 year old babies  mom-Friday at my home pool 11am-1pm

Adult classes repeated sessions every two months are held every Wednesday at Trinity at 4:00, 5pm and 6pm —- coached my coach Gabriella.
